My professional career began with summer internships at a local accounting firm while I was in college. 在我的M.B.A. program at the University of Texas at Austin, I interned at a large public accounting firm in their Information Systems Risk Management group. 毕业后, I worked for another large public accounting firm in their Financial Systems consulting group. Four years later, I went back for my Ph.D. in accounting at the University of Texas at Austin to realize my true calling as a university professor. I enjoy teaching cutting-edge 会计 Data Analytics and 会计 Information Systems courses in new and exciting ways to prepare students for the future of accounting.
